# AppConstants

`AppConstants` is a minimal, single-constant shared holder used by consumers that need the literal `"SAIF"` value without depending on a magic string. It has no behavior beyond exposing this constant.

## Purpose
- Provide a single, centrally-defined shared constant value for consumers within the Application tier.
